This model was over 5 years in the making. It was made from scaled templates, photos, measurements form the Bonaparte, Novas and Coria monograph of the holotype Carnotaurus. Plus hundreds of photos of the original Carnotaurus. Fossilization artifacts of the original have been removed and this model represents a pristine in-life skeleton of the famous 'Meat bull'This model kit contains over 200 individual pieces. Each vertebrae and every bone are separate models in themselves! Expertly high pressure cast in white polyuerthane resin, the parts are really things of beauty. You get that special magical feeling we strive for: Feeling you are looking at and holding a bone, not a part of plastic. The bones are numbered and/or cast in neat order on their sprue's.
